Prenatal-Yoga

Pregnancy yoga classes in Kuwait have a number of benefits for expectant moms.  Prenatal yoga can help alleviate common discomforts associated with pregnancy, prepare women both physically and mentally for the rigors of labor, connect mothers-to-be with their babies and connect women with others sharing a similar experience.  Practicing yoga while pregnant helps women become familiar with regulating their breath to relieve tension, stress and discomfort.  Prenatal yoga practice also builds strength and endurance in both mind and body.  In prenatal yoga classes, moms-to-be can prepare for the process of labor in a peaceful and safe environment, ask questions, share experiences and learn more about labor and birthing from a mom and professional doula with over 10 years of prenatal and postnatal fitness experience. Private in-home prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are available upon request. 

Private Prenatal Yoga lessons are highly recommended for women who are expecting multiples (twins, triplets, etc), women who have had multiple miscarriages (early or late term), women who have received multiple IVF treatments, women with prolapse, severe diastasis recti or pubic symphosis syndrome.

    *Bring your own mat, all other props, bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps provided
    **Dates, tea, sweets and light snacks served after class

PRIVATE LESSONS AT MY HOME IN MANGAF:

  • 20KD per session
    *Private sessions are 60 minutes, all props are provided by me

IN-HOME PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS:

  • 1 Session = 40KD
  • Multiple Sessions = 30KD per class
